It is offered as a comprehensive workshop for personal growth, which is the process by which a person recognizes inner self and continually develops to reach full potential. .
Life Management Workshop consists of three 90-minute sessions that impart powerful tools from the ancient science of Yoga.This workshop is designed to bring balance and stability to your mind and emotions. This workshop has the potential of transforming the way you live, conduct and experience your life. This workshop offers some powerful practices, which have a direct impact on the level of your life energies.

What is an 'Life Management Matters' Session?This is a 1-hour online Live session, wherein you will be answered all your queries.

What will we gain from this Session?Are there any concerns on your mind that you would like to discuss? Answers to all your concerns. Detailed information to overcome your concerns. If needed, arranging private consultation for continuous hand holding and support after the session.

How does it work?When you register for the session, you will receive an email with a unique joining link for a live session. To join the live session, you simply have to click on the link 10 minutes before the scheduled start time on the day of the session. Important note: Please use a strong internet connection to join this session.

Will I receive a recording of the session?No, but we will post the queries and answers on YouTube to benefit others who are all going through the similar situations. We will never share your personal details without your consent.

How is the live session different from watching YouTube videos?Live sessions are much more detailed and interactive. Live interactions help to understand the information better. You will have a chance to connect with the Shrisha community and meet like minded people online.
